Terms & Conditions

Cleaners will only be appointed following interview, satisfactory referencing and identity and address verification.

Crisp and Clean agency fees are payable 4 weekly in advance by standing order.

Standing orders will not begin until a satisfactory cleaner has been appointed.

One off spring-cleans are payable on the due date of the agreed clean and a booking fee will be applicable.

Any complaints must be made in writing to Crisp and Clean, all complaints will be responded to within 14 days of receipt.

All complaints will be fully investigated within 28 days of receipt. In the event that complaints cannot be resolved amicably 

Crisp and Clean will be happy to take the matter to an independent arbitrator whose decision will be final and binding on
both parties.

Data Protection, we will not pass your details on to any third parties or use your details for marketing purposes.

Full terms of Business will be supplied on request, any client requesting a cleaner will be deemed to be in agreement with
these.

 

Refund Policy:

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply a cleaner as arranged a full refund of any fees paid will be made.
